How to switch on cookies:

Internet Explorer
4.x: open window menu "View / Internet Options", select section "Advanced". In the section "Security / Cookies" select "always accept cookies" and press "[OK]".
5.x: open window menu "Tools / Internet Options", then select section "Security". If before http://ww.mjr.lt and http://www.mjr.lt/dbf were attached to "Trusted Sites", then select those zones, otherwise select "Internet" zone. Call parameters window with a button "[Custom Level]". In the section "Cookies" select "enable" and press "[OK]".
6.x: open parameters window menu "Tools / Internet Options", select section "Privacy". Press button "[Default]" and select level "Accept All Cookies".

Netscape
6.x, 7.x: open parameters window menu "Edit / Preferences", select section "Privacy & Security / Cookies". Select "Accept all cookies" and press button "[OK]".

Opera
7.x: open parameters window menu "File / Preferences" and select section "Privacy". Select "Enable cookies" and select "Automatically accept all cookies" and "Accept from all servers". Press button "[OK]".

Sometimes cookies can be blocked in your computer by antivirus program. Let's try to connect to website without antivirus program or disable this program for a while.
