Lithuanian fairy tales and songs contain all things needed, including the Secret and its Key, the whiff of the eternity, the wisdom of ages and intertwining signs of the Life Road. All the band has to do it to subtly allow these elements flow through the enigmatic sounds of zither, panpipes and other ancient instruments. The band started their existence in Vilnius in 2002. But now they are seeking sounds and words for their music in the sough of Dainava woods, murmur of serpentine rivers and the mysterious whispers of remote homesteads and villages.
ŠOVA is the gap between tree branches, the stab into the mythical world. In the context of MJR festival, the performances of this band always turn into calm Baltic meditations. Šova will play in a chamber environment this time.
